According to the meaning of the name it is “The path of Noble One” श्रेष्ठ मानव का द्वार-पथ or can say to follow the teachings & thoughts of the great and noble persons, leaving behind the caste/Creed/Color/Sex/Blind faith or religion. The purpose is to follow the practical and certified things of life.
To promote, establish, run, develop and manage institutions, organizations, groups, clubs and federations in various fields beneficial for community at large without any kind of discrimination. For this the activities such as social welfare. Sport activities and any kind of other activities in the interest of social, economic, educational and cultural development of ours.
To work for Sports, Music, Arts etc. as a career for children according to their natural instinct, providing them such consultation to develop their skills with their academics.

The key goals of the gurukul system are:

  • Self-control or Mind Control
  • Creating a character
  • Finding his best talent inside.
  • To attain knowledge & cultural preservation
  • Not only Personality development but actual development.
  • Spiritual growth towards the ONE.
  • Preservation of Cultural & Tradition learned

Guru-Shishya tradition (a strong bondage) stay away from cities was as though they were members of Gurus’ Families treated similarly regardless their social status with positive relationship and mutual respect. ‘Gurukuls’ were not just a school to master the particular subjects. The gurukul system is ancient method of learning everything theoretically and practically both depend on individual’s talent. Gurukulam is prevalent since the Vedic period. The Shishyas (disciples) were taught, Meditations, yogic exercises, physical labour, sports games, archery, martial arts, self defense in addition to science, mathematics, astrology, medical cure and many other disciplines.
Conclusion is that the ancient ‘Gurukul’ education system was not only a ‘degree attaining program’ but it was a way of life to be a complete human being to serve the society with his talent and knowledge.
